How do you take your Dendrophilla out of the viv?

Whats the best method you use for taking your Dendrophilla out the vivarium... Hooks, pinning them, grab sticks etc.

I dont mean for playing around purposes, I mean for tank maintanence

Hook (if it is your first rear-fanged snake).
Or (if the snake is calm, and you have a bit more experience with snakes) you can take it just with your hand (with gloves).

just hands with gloves will be ok£¬they are quite calm during daytime.they are active and
aggressive at night
